Cheers!

Eight years ago on this very day, Scott and I were married. Most of the time it seems like the years have flown by and other times I can't believe all that we have experienced together in just 8 years! I love you so, Scott. Here's to 50 more!

RingBearer Squared

Last weekend we traveled to Holstein so the boys could both be ringbearer's in our much-loved Holstein babysitter, Kayla's, wedding!

We, of course, were honored that they asked our boys to be part of their special day, but then immediately questioned if she remembered our boys that well...
They actually did quite well for a 3 and 1yr old (or at least that's what everyone kept saying "they are 3 and 1!")

We were all a little stir crazy after the 3hr car ride home on Friday, and apparently the boys were enthralled at the Catholic church and the many fun things that come with it-holy water, confession booths, etc-I am sure you can all picture the scene in your heads!

Pictures were good after a little warming up time, Kayla's Dad bribed Jack with throwing rocks in the pond if he smiled in the picures-worked like a charm!
Quinn's bottle made it into a number of shots
(don't even start about how he shouldn't even have a bottle anymore...)

Jack did a marvelous job of walking down the aisle, until he saw that Quinn was way back at the 1st pew trying to pick up all of the flower petals that the flower girls just threw.

The wedding was beautiful, and very much filled with love, and especially great since the bride thought that the kids did just great and were adorable-yeah for Kayla!

The wedding was at 2pm so by 7:30 the boys were spent...

I think that their Daddy looks a bit tired too :)

We also got in much needed Mom and Papa time-Papa even mowed the front yard with the boys-they were in heaven!
