Jack, Quinn and I ventured out yesterday in the balmy 20degree weather to check out the awesome snow piles in the high school parking lot.
It was a lot harder to get to the top of the pile than I remembered. I kept sinking-well maybe thats because I weigh a lot more than I did when I was 9-on my quest to be king of the mountain! The boys wanted me to keep climbing up and sliding down because my bottom tracks made a much better slide than theirs!
We walked home, and Jack went right inside to play the Wii (the hour away was giving him withdrawals!) And Quinn stayed outside to sweep the sidewalks-he is a worker!
All the while Clay was inside with Grandpa, bouncing away!
Quinn has gotten creative with trying to stay busy when Jack's at school. One of his favorites is the laundry basket, it can be a car, bridge, or fort. So much fun in fact that he didn't feel that Clay should be left out...
And who can beat snuggling in the big bed to get warm in the morning?
